Listed as an ingredient in some grain feedstuffs. However, Omega 3's are unstable and fragile and cannot withstand the cooking process, rendering them ineffective. Equine Platinum uses a more expensive (but worth it!) cold pressed, stabilized version, which locks the Omega 3's in and does not require refrigeration.

DL-METHIONINE:An essential amino acid, meaning the body does not produce it, so it must be consumed in the diet, preferably with a protein source (flax seed)

Feeding Guidelines:

A friend of mine told me about this product, and she was amazed by the results. I've tried what seems like every product under the sun for my horses. I can't even begin to tell you how nice it is to have ONE supplement that covers my horses' nutritional needs, add a joint supplement to that, and I am in heaven! My horses thank you. They look amazing, and are moving with ease. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to simpify their feeding routine and save money at the same time. Truly remarkable results!
