Pampered Pooch and Pony is a consulting servce providing nutritional consultation for horse and dog owners.  All of our "food" products, including both supplements and treats, are private labeled specifically for our customers.

Our Ingredients, a Guarantee:

We use all human grade, organic ingredients in all of our treats, so you never have to worry about the quality of what goes into our products. All ingredients are USDA approved for human consumption.

Each of our supplements is routinely tested at an independent laboratory to ensure consistency and proper labeling.
This is a cost we do not pass on to our customers!  This is a issue that is near and dear to our hearts, as we feed our own dogs and horses Equine Platinum and Canine Gold. We want to know, as much as you do, EXACTLY what is in a product. Since labeling standards are barely regulated in the pet food industry, we willingly go above and beyond to be sure that our pets and your pets are getting the best nutrition possible!   We do not use corn, soy or wheat in any of our products, since these are common allergen reactors.

We do not use preservatives, chemicals, artificial flavors or artificial sweeteners of any type.

All of our treats are baked to order. When you place your order, our ovens are turned on. All of our products have a "Baked Fresh On" date printed right on the label.

Since we do not use preservatives, we recommend that you refrigerate or freeze any treats after two weeks, to ensure freshness.

Information for dogs with dietary restrictions or special dietary needs:

If you are looking for HIGH protein sources to add to your dog's diet, consider meats, eggs, beans/legumes, soy, peas, nuts and cheeses.

***Our Peanut Butter and Honey treats and bait bars are higher protein than our other flavors. If you have a working, agility, or high energy dog, a higher protein product would be a good choice.

If you would like to LIMIT or LOWER protein intake, consider carrots, honey, apples, blueberries, peaches, apricots and pears.

***Our Carrot & Honey, Blueberry, Sweet Potato & Brown Sugar and Cherry treats all have under 8 grams of protein per pound.

Nutritional Information and Analyses:

Each of our treats has a Nutritional Analysis listed on the individual page. All of the information is reported per pound. Remember that if you are ordering a half pound, to adjust the report numbers.

Please see our "Ingredients" page for the health benefits for each ingredient we use. There is a lot of information listed that may be helpful to you in determining a proper diet for your dog or horse.

Shipping:

Once your order is placed, normal shipping time is within 48-72 hours, to allow for baking and cooling.

Our main carrier is the USPS, simply due to shipping costs. USPS has the lowest shipping costs with the least amount of travel time. We mail using Priority Shipping to ensure your fresh baked treats arrive in the shortest amount of time at the best price.

If you would prefer a different shipping carrier, please let us know and we will work to accomodate your request.
